Alexander Lonstein joined Raiser & Kenniff PC in 2024 to head their Northern New York Litigation Division. Alex was born and raised in Ellenville, New York, and in 2015 moved to New York to begin a legal career. After living and working in New York for 5 years, Alex decided it was time to come home and lay roots down in a community that is growing and changing. The Hudson Valley is rapidly growing in popularity both to visit and to live in, and Alex loves being a part of the changing dynamic and being able to provide legal services to the community he knows so well.
Alex has a unique background in intellectual property enforcement and protection. Alex has used his expertise in this field to build OnlyFirm™. Through OnlyFirm™, Alex has built a large portfolio of content creator clients who have significant followings on social media. Alex understands the constantly shifting landscape of social media and how to protect the assets that content creators work so hard to make.
In addition to Alex’s Intellectual Property Background, he was recently cited in the landmark case against President Trump, in which he helped get the $500 million dollar judgment overturned.. Alex submitted an Amicus Curiae brief on behalf of the American Center for Law and Justice to demonstrate that everyone deserves a fair and impartial justice system, whether you’re the President or not.
Alex is licensed to practice law in the states of New York, New Jersey, Alaska, and the District of Columbia, and is admitted in the Federal District Courts of the Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
